I'm not sure I follow you completely on the New To Forum section. Can you share more about your idea.
This is my first forum so my light bulb may be a bit dim.

I added a New Member Introductions forum.
I also moved this topic to the suggestions forum.

I think there's too many sections esp for a small forum it should be simple in my opinion, more general.
