If so, it is made by ARO and is carried by Grainger. I bought one such valve and it cost around $20.
I don't have the part number here at work but I can get it when I get home if you still need it.
The valve has 3 connections (all 1/8" NPT), one inlet and a NO outlet and a NC outlet.
