Is it a straight-through or an anti-siphon one?

I don't have the link handy, but I'm sure someone on here does because I've seen it pop up every once in a while.

Follow the instructions that were already posted in reply to this question As other people have posted Tim Brown's Guide to Souping Up Sprinkler Valves it is the same idea as demonstrated, even though the example valve is not a RainMaster.

I hate to say it, but if you are so clueless that after receiving so much help, you still don't know where to put the hosebarb, then maybe you shouldn't own/build a spudgun in the first place. Just use common sense, put the hosebarb in a position where it will not block the spring, or any existing parts of the mechanism. All the hosebarb/hose/blowgun does it exhaust the airpressure forcing the diaphram down.

If this post does not help you, I suggest you give up and continue operating the valve through the solenoid, or order a pre-converted valve from Joel.

Peace,
-Bartman007
