I hate to say it, but if you are so clueless that after receiving so much help, you still don't know where to put the hosebarb, then maybe you shouldn't own/build a spudgun in the first place. Just use common sense, put the hosebarb in a position where it will not block the spring, or any existing parts of the mechanism. All the hosebarb/hose/blowgun does it exhaust the airpressure forcing the diaphram down. If this post does not help you, I suggest you give up and continue operating the valve through the solenoid, or order a pre-converted valve from Joel. Peace, -Bartman007
