I got tired of those whimpy BBQ starter spark generators. I went for the full out stun gun for my spark generator. Before I glued my PVC combustion chamber together I drilled and countersunk two holes to accept two 1/4x20 stainless steel pan head bolts. I spaced them so that the contacts for the stun gun would fit precisely when touched. Inside the combustion chamber I made a spark gap of about 1/2" then glued the ends on the chamber. When I load it with fuel and touch it off with the stun gun it produceds a huge ignition spark! Stun guns are sometimes available off E-bay for under $10 at at gun shows for a bit more. Well worth the expense ! :)
