Originaly posted by Bartman007,Seriously I have. She was the one that first showed me spudgunning, like five years ago. I can't even remember her name, but she was a SeaScout and had a small ABS gun. From what I can remember (I was only 13 at the time.) It had like a 4x12" chamber, and then a bell reducer to a 3" (yes, 3 inch) long TB barrel. She used AquaNet with the thing (again, ewww) and it had a lantern sparker. I was quite impressed at the time and found it hysterical that she was able to launch a tennis ball 100-150 yards with HAIRSPRAY!!!! After that one exposure I didn't think much of it and totally forgot about it until.... Hmm, I can't remember how the f*** I suddenly became interested in spudgunning. Oh well. Point being there are some of them there fee-males that launch spuds (or tennis balls as it may be.)
Peace, -Bartman007

Originaly posted by pacogoatboy,my sister-in-law loves these. she isn't into making them, but she really likes to shoot. the other woman was much stranger. she is about 60, and is a guidance counselor at the middle school that i work at. she asked me what i had done over the weekend once, and i told her that i had been working on my spudgun. she about had a seizure, and started talking about chamber:barrel ratios and fuels and stuff. it was cool. i tried to get her into pneumatics, but she liked the fire from a combustion gun.

Originaly posted by Bartman007,Why did you tell your middle school counselor about a spud gun? But that is hillarious that she would be so into it. My mom gets scared when I fire my combustion gun, but she is cool about it as long as I do it in a responsible manner. OTOH (on the other hand) she loves my pneumatic. It is quiet and doesn't involve fire, so she loves it.

Originaly posted by pacogoatboy, they aren't illegal here (south central indiana), so why shouldn't i tell her? she had broken her computer somehow (i can't remember at the moment), and i was working on it. she asked me what my wife and i had done over the weekend, and i told her. i guess it was just that she asked, you know? my wife doesn't mind my spudguns, but she won't let me shoot them off at the house (we kinda live in town, so it isn't such a good idea in the first place).
