Rocket Assisted Projectile

We have these 155mm projectiles in Artillery that have a rocket in the base in order to boost the range. So I've been wanting to make a 1.5" projectile that will hold a model rocket engine. In a combustion gun, the electrical ignition of the rocket would fire the gun, shooting the projectile out with the rocket (hopefully) carrying the projo with an extended trajectory. An engine that has a parachute burst could destroy the projo for safety or for fun. 8-)

I've been working on this for a while now. i made a foam model of a 1.5" version of a frag 12 that i then used for aluminum lost foam casting.
